Four Principles

Simplicity
We strive to keep things simple. Computers are complicated machines, but customer service should not be complicated. We focus on the client's needs, not ours.

Professionalism
The customer should not have to worry about who is fixing their computer. Everything is well documented and we will communicate with the customer in a professional manner.

Knowledge
We constantly look for ways to build our knowledge and extend that knowledge to our customers. We want to be the one place where people go to find answers. We strive to educate not only our customers but our community.

Approachability
We never want our customers to feel intimidated or uncomfortable. We will remain open, approachable, friendly, and courteous.
